Occupation: Designer Fanette Mellier is a graphic designer who graduated from the École des arts décoratifs de Strasbourg in 2000. A specialist in printed graphics, she works on often atypical commissions in the cultural field. Alongside these commissions, which confront her with a wide range of issues, she is involved in experimental projects as part of residencies, cartes blanches and exhibitions. These specific projects, sometimes carried out with other creators (writers, musicians, scenographers…), enable her to freely question fundamental notions of graphic design: typography, color, fabrication, relationship to public space… His approach can be defined as a poetic exploration of industrial printing techniques, echoing the intellectual, cultural and social context of each project.
