Edwarda . In his quest for the beautiful, the good, the fatty, the juicy, the smoky, the crisp and the voluptuous, he explores the theme of culinary memory through performances, video and sound installations. During his stay at the Académie de France à Rome – Villa Médicis, he recreated the extravagant Festin de Trimalchion (in “Le Satyricon”, Petronius) in a contemporary, digestible and uncluttered version… He has published
L’Amer , published by Argol (2011),
L’Anthologie fabuleuse, fallacieuse et faceétieuse du pâté en croûte , published by Alternatives (2012),
