My Benjamin

Victoria Clay Mendoza follows Benjamin Pech in his final year as a principal dancer with the Paris Opera Ballet. A friendship develops between them in which they mirror each other: she faces the need to return to Mexico to care for her mother, who suffers from Alzheimer’s disease, while he confronts a hip injury that puts an end to his career on stage. A sensitive cinematic essay on how to welcome the end.
