After a major tour in support of his latest album, Les cent prochaines années, Albin de la Simone will be touring again in spring 2025, this time as a solo artist. To mark the occasion, he will also be publishing a book of drawings and texts, which he will have prepared during his residency at Villa Medici. The concert at the end of his stay will be an intimate presentation of the songs that will make up his next tour, in their purest version: piano and voice. This unique moment will give spectators the chance to discover these new works in a small, authentic setting, before the start of the tour showcasing Albin de la Simone’s talent in a minimalist formula.

Albin de la Simone is a versatile artist: he writes, composes, arranges, sings, draws and exhibits. He has accompanied a variety of artists on stage, from Salif Keita and Alain Souchon to Iggy Pop and Vanessa Paradis, with whom he performed ” Adrienne ” on her third album, Bungalow! He is the author of several soundtracks, including Bertrand Bonello’s ” Tiresias “, and more recently, the charming animated film ” La vie de château “.
