I giovedì della Villa

I giovedì della Villa – Questions d’art is a new series of events dedicated to contemporary creation and organized by the French Academy in Rome. Every thursday, a major figure from the art world is invited at Villa Medici to share with its public the main topics that shape his work. These meetings can take various forms: dialogs, concerts, performances, demonstrations, screenings… The programmation of I giovedì della Villa goes beyond the boundaries of creation, and creates a dialog between the most various forms of art and knowledge, from music and cinema to science and art history, from photography to litterature and even fashion. The events start at 8.30pm. There are always preceded by a first part with other artist invited at 7pm.
